General Features


Flat Plate washers are normally used where:

  • These spanner adaptors, commonly called "spin adaptors", are designed to be multi-purpose tools to suit the installation of thread bars with a number of drive types.
  • The body of the adaptor is manufactured from hexagon bar and is case-hardened to provide wear resistance.
  • Each spin adaptor is electroplated in yellow colour for corrosion resistance and to facilitate visibility underground.
  • The hexagon body is 36mm across flats and will fit spanners used to tighten nuts on chemical type rock bolts. Larger hexagon sizes are available by negotiation.
